We provide delivery Nation Wide to all Metropolitan Cities, Towns, and to all Localities in Australia.
What Is The Turnaround Time Frame For An Order ?
For uploaded artworks or artwork supplied by the client ready print files, the normal turnaround for the production process is 2 working days. For any urgent orders, the turnaround is 24 hours. With exceptions to Uploaded Artworks for the Pop Up Wall Displays, and Exhibition Display Sets where the normal turnaround is 5 working days, and for any urgent orders, turnaround is 3 working days. The delivery time is additional and can vary depending on where you are located in Australia.
Will My Order Be Dispatched/Arrive Together ?
Different products have different turnarounds dependent upon the complexity of producing that product, and will be dispatched accordingly.
What Happens If My Artwork Is Wrong ?
If you are supplying print ready files, files not to our specifications may produce unexpected results and may cause a delay to your job, but we will be in touch with you straight away.
Can I Send Direct To My Client ?
Yes, in fact we would encourage this so that your client benefits from our fast turnaround times.
Can I Send Files That Are Not PDF ?
Yes, we also accept jpg, jpeg, png
How Do I Transfer My Files ?
Will The Sides Of The Media Banner Curl ?
For the Banner Display Systems we print on Non-Curl Media. The sides remain flat when attached to any of the Banner Display Systems.
Durability & Warranty ?
The media that we use are Scratch-Free and Non-Tear Media and can last up to 7 years. And if well maintained, it can last over 10 years. All our display systems are under a 1 year warranty.
Australian Made ?
The production of all our products is in Australia. We do not outsource any of the production process overseas.
What Are The Payment Options ?
Our Payment Facilities are Credit Card MasterCard/Visa and Debit Visa and Master card Online, and Internet Banking. For Internet Banking we generate an invoice and send it to you by email with the provided banking details. Once we received Remittance Advice we will disptach the order.
